1. Assistant to the Department of Anatomy and Pharmacy of UMF „Iuliu Hatieganu”, Cluj Napoca, during February 1990-January 1992 (the last three years as a student).
2. PhD in medical sciences, the PhD thesis entitled "Treatment of postoperative mediastinals in cardiac surgery", Thesis leader is John Pop Prof. Univ. Dr. Doc. HC Ioan Pop De Popa, sustained on November 21, 2005.

NUMBER OF INVENTION PATENTS ACHIEVED: 1 patent entitled "Equipment and method for cardiovascular homograft cryopreservation”, patent for OSIM invention (State Office for Inventions and Trademarks) no. 119338. The equipment is already made and waiting to be installed in a cardiac surgery center. The method is well set and has all data in the protocol operation of a cardiovascular homograft tissue bank, in the internship in Sweden I have worked effectively in the preparation of homografts.

RESEARCH CONTRACTS:

1. VIASAN program, coordinated by the Academy of Medical Sciences, with the theme "Equipment and method for cryopreservation of human tissue for transplantation”, project completed (2001-2003);

2. BIOTECH program, coordinated by the Academy of Veterinary Sciences, with the theme "Swine cryopreservation  of xenografts for transplantation in humans” program completed (2002-2004).

EXPERIENCE:

1. Over 3 500 surgeries on my own;
2. More than 40 000 consultations and treatments;
3. Over 1500 Doppler vascular ultrasounds, almost all checked intraoperatively.
